WMUSA proudly markets best-selling titles like Pass The Pigs, Rubik's Cube, Pretty, Pretty, Princess, Rack-O, No Stress Chess, and hot new sellers like Kozo, and Stink Bug.
I had the chance to play with Kozo, Apocalyptic Picnic, and 13 Dead End Drive.
When I first saw Kozo, my initial thoughts were you had to remove pieces from the bottom and add to top, with the twist of placing little cubes to block moves. Boy was I wrong. Instead of having a tower that you must keep growing taller, there are a fixed number of pices (12) that you must start from scratch to build up the tower. Once all the pieces are done, that round of the game is over. You alternate placing one of the 12 polycubes with placing a balance cube (the little black pieces). The balance cube then blocks placing a polycube on that spot. The added difficulty is you must leave the center of the tower completely open. So, you have to choose which block to place carefully based upon which spots are open. The more cubes in the polycube placed, the more points you get. Whoever has the most points after three rounds is the winner. It looks more complicated then it is but it is rather simple to play and play moves quickly. Just don't accidentally knock over the tower or block the central chimney.
Apocalyptic Picnic is a card game. With a light hearted campy theme, and action-packed gameplay, Apocalyptic Picnic takes the family reunion to a whole new level. The "potato salad" is tainted and everyone is turning into Zombies. Be the last player to survive this picnic gone wrong and win the game! Its 8+ age rating is about right, and it is fun to play as an adult, too.
13 Dead End Drive first hit the scene in 1994. Now this fan favorite is back, by popular demand, to entertain a whole new generation. Your goal is to be the last surviving heir and inherit Aunt Agatha's fortune. Which one of her motley crew of friends and employees will it be? Play involves setting traps to kill off the other players. The fun twist here is you get to move other player's pieces, too, not just your own.
And, now, here's your chance to win your own games. The prize, the three games above, and your choice of two more games from the site. Yes, five games in all!! The giveaway is open to US residents only who are 18+ and ends at 11:59pm EDT on 6/28/19. For more complete rules see Giveaway Rules. Good luck.
