favorite activity that has me reaching for SALONPA.... life in general Heck I usually apply at the very least once a day bad hips, nerve damage, back problem.... just falling apart
I love spending time with my little grandson. He wants me to carry him all the time. With my shoulder problem, I have a hard time with it. Salonpas is the best. I'm able to carry my grandson when I wear the pain patches, and we are both happy about that.
My favorite activity on the weekends is going into the inner city and delivering dog and cat food to people who can't afford it. We give big bags so they are heavy. My neck and shoulders really feel the strain.
When I submitted my other reply, it went blank, so apologies if this goes through twice - but I work with kids and also in retail, so I ma on my feet, bending down, holding kids, etc all day long. There is always some part of my body that is aching!
