ReplyDeleteI encourage them by keeping them active, sports, walks at the park and zoo, festivals, we play xbox kinnect games, We do lots of things together as a family to stay active. :)

ReplyDeleteI need to be better at it, but we do have a trampline we leave up year round, and I allow the littles to have their ride-ons in the house to ride on, and they chase the dogs and each other.
ReplyDeleteI take my boy to the park and let him play and run around. We also do a lot of walking around the neighborhood. This is a learning adventure as well as a physical activity because we talk about the things we see on our walks.
