The quick charge feature is the power bank charges quickly, not the devices. Plug the 14V/10A outlet into your car's cigarette lighter, and the power bank will charge really fast as the power bank is getting power at a 10A rate instead of a more typical 1A or 2.1A rate.
At 4500 mAh, the power bank easily recharged my 2800 mAh battery in my Samsung Galaxy S5, leaving room for most of a second charge. As you typically don't fully drain the battery before a recharge but charge around 80%, you'll have enough room for almost two full recharges. No complaints there.

My complaints... the device feels out of balance where one end feels heavier than the other. Not a big deal but it feels like the end with the connectors is a little lighter. The grammar on the box is poor. "How to fast charging via car cigarette lighter" and "Support 3 lighting modes" for instance. Oh yeah, it is also "QUCIK" action... Again, no big deal but still. Just looks bad. Since you're buying from Amazon you don't see the box, but if I were to buy in a physical store, it might cause me to look elsewhere. None of the problems affect the functionality of the device.
The last thing to consider is price. I don't know where the $270 list price comes from. That is just so outrageous. The $50 regular price seems a little high for 4500 mAh, but you're paying for the fast charge feature. If you don't need that, you can get a 4500 mAh power bank cheaper. But, if you want the quick charge feature, you have to pay a little more for it.
Oh yeah, the color actually looks more gold than pink. Just the pictures don't show it. And the Amazon color indicated as 4500 mAh is just ummm wrong for a color.
