With Halloween just around the corner, I thought it was time to pick something up to wear before all the good stuff was gone. The folks over at were gracious enough to offer an item to review. I actually need two costumes this year, one for with my son and one a little more adult as work has something going on, too. I could have picked one costume that would work for both, but that wasn't in the cards this year.
Me in Hell Boy Mask
After checking out the selection of costumes available, I decided to go with a mask this year. That way, I don't have to wear the costume around the office the whole day and can just switch into it later in the day very easily. I'll have to figure out the rest of the outfit still, and make sure I wear a shirt where the bottom of the mask will be sure to go under. Some kind of a full length overcoat perhaps. How do you think I look here in my Hellboy 2 mask? Only complaint about the mask is the mouth isn't a full opening, so no snacking at the party. There is room for a straw though.

Picking out a costume at Costumes4Less was actually easy to navigate but hard to choose. I immediately jumped to the Adult costumes. The site then allowed me to filter by gender, with 2,473 available for men (and another 3,241 available for women). They have an amazing selection available. Many on sale at close to 40% off, if not higher. The next way to filter available costumes is by category. Here, you get to choose between Classic, Super Heros, Pirates, Animals, and Sexy, among several other categories. If that level of filtering isn't enough, there's more: Theme (Humorous, Patriotic, Roman, Star Wars, and Zombie, among many others), Brand (I don't even recognize any of these), Occasion, Color, Prize, Size, and even which of their warehouses the costume is available at if shipping time is a concern. I started to look by category but I ended up looking at them all by the time I was done. Yes, all 2,473 of them.

Afterwards, I ended up switching over to masks where I found Hell Boy here. Masks have a similar set of category breakdowns.

When buying a costume from the site, shipping is free if your purchase is over $50. I discovered this is true only when the costume isn't bulky/over-sized, which one I was considering. How did I discover this? From their live online chat. The conversation was short and to the point where we discovered the why of their over-sized handling.
Do be sure to check them out on Facebook and Twitter, too.
