Their mistake is our gain. Sunday, April 12, 2020 is Easter and Sunday, May 10 2020, is Mother's Day in the United States and both will be here before you know it.
If:
- Your mom is a bib apron kind of gal and a size medium.
- You think 100% pure beeswax candles would add a nice touch to somebody’s Easter buffet or dinner table.
Aprons were originally worn as a utilitarian outer garment to cover the front of the body to protect the wearer’s clothes from soiling, wear and tear. Over the years, many different styles of aprons evolved depending on their purpose and were often named after the trade, craft or profession that used that particular design (potters aprons, chef’s aprons, bistro aprons, etc.)
Today, as well as being practical, aprons are sometimes part of a uniform as well as serving a decorative purpose.
Since 1989 Crooked Brook has designed and manufactured aprons for the world’s most recognized men and women in their trade, craft or profession. All Crooked Brook branded garments and accessories are made to order in the USA and can be personalized with your choice of fabric, pockets, buttons, piping, and embroidery.
Although all Crooked Brook aprons are made to order, they have various styles and sizes that were not made according to the customer’s specifications or it may have a slight imperfection. These are the men’s and women’s bib aprons and waist aprons that Crooked Brook is offering as giveaways.
Crooked Brook apron prices start at $15 and can go up to well over $170, and with some of the ones we are giving away, there is absolutely nothing wrong other than it is not what the customer ordered.
For example; a size 14 apron was made instead of a size 4, it was embroidered with peach blossoms instead of cherry blossoms or a red apron with black piping was made instead of a black apron with red piping.
In the case of the women’s bib apron style #W740, size medium in natural 100% cotton ripstop fabric being offered for this giveaway; there are no irregularities.
In addition, there are enough seams so that it can be opened up and altered to more of a custom fit. For questions regarding size, please refer to Crooked Brook’s size chart or contact them at 315-733-1992.
While offering specifically sized aprons may appear to be a negative, it is not much of an issue since each apron giveaway will feature a different size and/or style.
