Free Boston Pokémon: Detective Pikachu Preview Tickets

Kids not old enough to see the latest Avengers movie yet? If you're in the Boston area, here's your chance to get preview tickets to the movie Pokémon: Detective Pikachu for Monday May 6th.
Ryan Reynolds stars in the first-ever live-action Pokémon adventure as Pikachu, the iconic face of the global Pokémon phenomenon—one of the world’s most popular, multi-generation entertainment propertiesand the most successful media franchise of all time. The story begins when ace detective Harry Goodman goes mysteriously missing, prompting his 21-year-old son Tim (Justice Smith) to find out what happened. Aiding in theinvestigation is Harry’s former Pokémon partner, Detective Pikachu (Ryan Reynolds): a hilariously wise-cracking, adorable super-sleuth who is a puzzlement even to himself. Finding that they are uniquely equipped to work together, as Timis the only human who can talk with Pikachu, they join forces on a thrilling adventure to unravel the tangled mystery. Chasing clues together through the neon-lit streets of Ryme City—a sprawling, modern metropolis where humans andPokémon live side by side in a hyper-realistic live-action world—they encounter a diverse cast of Pokémon characters and uncover a shocking plot that could destroy this peaceful co-existence and threaten the whole Pokémon universe.
The preview is on Monday, May 6th at the Regal Fenway at 7:00 PM. Each pass admits two.




The number of passes is limited, but getting the passes is not a guarantee of a seat. Show up early to make sure you get seating (and have time to get snacks). You can get one or two seats with each pass.
