Every Thursday, beginning April 25th through June 6th, restaurants will be focusing on families, food and fun through educational and engaging activities. The program will take children through key elements that have built the program through the years. The series will culminate in a summer bash to help families welcome the upcoming season. Between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m., kids may participate in different interactive and educational activities in Ovation Brands’ restaurants and Furr’s Fresh Buffet locations. PLUS, kids eat for $1.99 from 4 p.m. to close with the purchase of a regular-priced adult or senior meal.
The following are the weekly themes:
- April 25: “F” is for “Family” Fun
- May 2: “A” is for “Apple”
- May 9: “M” is for “Mother”
- May 16: “I” is for “Inspiration”
- May 23: “L” is for “Learning”
- May 30: “Y” is for “You”
- June 6: Summer Bash

ReplyDeleteMy fav family meal memory of dining OUT was a place in Evergreen park that had HUGE huge ice cream sundaes for dessert which they would bring out with lit sparklers! It was for the whole family and we got to pig out as much as you could stuff in....

Old Country Buffet always has an amazing assortment of foods to please anyone's pallet. It is a great place to take growing kids who have hollow legs, I don't know WHERE they put all of that food? LOL
