Swiss Diamond Tamagoyaki Pan Giveaway

Last week I posted a review of the Swiss Diamond Tamagoyaki Japanese omelet pan, This week and through 5/6, you have a chance to win one. It is definitely not your typical omelet pan.

The innovative Japanese Omelet Pan is perfect for tamagoyaki, a Japanese rolled egg omelet commonly eaten in bento boxes or as nigiri sushi. Thick, cast aluminum construction cooks the egg layers quickly and evenly, and the unique diamond reinforced coating ensures truly nonstick performance. Unlike other tamagoyaki pans, the Swiss Diamond model will never warp.
The main purpose of the pan is to assist in the making of a rolled egg omelet. This is different than your typical omelet where you flip one end onto the other, locking any goodies like meat, peppers, onions, etc., inside. Instead, with a rolled egg omelet, you repeatedly roll the egg around itself, creating multiple layers of a "solid" egg omelet.

    OMG, I SO need a new tamagoyaki pan. Unfortunately, my husband decided to use it when I was out of town and totally scratched it up. I'm still working on perfecting my tamagoyaki. I really love the XD Nonstick Wok with Lid & Tempura Rack 14". My wok is my most-used pan and really could use an upgrade, too.
