  1. I do not have a wing recipe. I buy them pre-made and heat them up. The best way to enjoy them is to let the professionals prepare them!!!

  2. My favorite recipe for wings is a dry rub with lots of spices. I always cook them on the grill, it's a lot healthier.

  5. Bake the wings at 350º. While they are baking, mix orange juice and soy sauce in a sauce pan; reduce to a syrup. Put cooked winga into a large heatproof bowl, pour the syrup over the wings, and toss. Serve over rice.
