Stash Hot Tea Month Giveaway

And we have our first giveaway for 2017. Tea time. Open through 1/31 to US residents. FOUR winners. Good luck.

UPDATE: NOW OPEN TO CANADIAN RESIDENTS
National Hot Tea Month

January is a time for new beginnings, health, and family. Most of us have already made resolutions of one sort or another. Those that are simple to incorporate into our lives are the ones that we are most likely to stick with past January. The potential benefits of adding tea to our diets, it can aid in the ongoing battle of the bulge and increase the body's immunity to colds and flu, in addition to that fact that it is so inexpensive makes it an easy addition to our routine. A positive change that we are likely to keep.

By no coincidence, January is also National Hot Tea Month. The healthiest teas are teas that are pure (no milk or sweeteners). If you want to drink them every day, you can - they're good for you! So whether you're drinking to new beginnings, your health, or domestic harmony, we've got a giveaway that will help you celebrate Hot Tea Month.

  1. My best tip for keeping New Year's Resolutions is... to not make them?

The biggest life-changing decisions that I've made weren't made at New Year's. They were made in the middle of the year in response to a goal that I wanted to accomplish. If the beginning of the year is when you have the strong desire to accomplish that goal... great! But there's nothing magical at the beginning of the year that makes it any easier than at any other time of the year.

Although I launched my new blog December 31st/January 1st, it wasn't really a response to a New Year's resolution. I would have started it a couple of week's earlier if I had had the money for domain name registration.

I can't say make small goals... because I've made some pretty big goals in the middle of the year and kept it (I haven't had a soda since February 2014 and I am a recovering Coca-Cola addict, I stopped eating all sweets and unhealthy snacks, with the exceptions of holidays and parties, in May of 2015), but I would say that if you want to accomplish a goal, you really have to want to do it. For big things, you almost have to want it more than life itself.

  2. It depends on the type of tea-herbal and green tea I just add a bit of honey. For black teas I add honey and a little milk.

  3. For nonflavored tea, I add Splenda & nondairy milk. Flavored teas are straight with Splenda. Thank you for the giveaway!
