  1. My best tip for keeping New Year's Resolutions is... to not make them?

    The biggest life-changing decisions that I've made weren't made at New Year's. They were made in the middle of the year in response to a goal that I wanted to accomplish. If the beginning of the year is when you have the strong desire to accomplish that goal... great! But there's nothing magical at the beginning of the year that makes it any easier than at any other time of the year.

    Although I launched my new blog December 31st/January 1st, it wasn't really a response to a New Year's resolution. I would have started it a couple of week's earlier if I had had the money for domain name registration.

    I can't say make small goals... because I've made some pretty big goals in the middle of the year and kept it (I haven't had a soda since February 2014 and I am a recovering Coca-Cola addict, I stopped eating all sweets and unhealthy snacks, with the exceptions of holidays and parties, in May of 2015), but I would say that if you want to accomplish a goal, you really have to want to do it. For big things, you almost have to want it more than life itself.

  2. It depends on the type of tea-herbal and green tea I just add a bit of honey. For black teas I add honey and a little milk.

  3. For nonflavored tea, I add Splenda & nondairy milk. Flavored teas are straight with Splenda. Thank you for the giveaway!

  4. I've really been wanting some tea lately!

  5. i prefer my hot tea plain but will add honey sometimes to plain tea -new years resolutions i do not make -i just try to have a good year

  6. i drink hot tea, i like a cup with nothing added into it.

  7. I brew iced tea a gallon at a time, every couple of days (I'm making some right now). The best way to keep resolutions is not to make them ;-).

  8. I like to drink tea with lemon and honey.

  9. I like to have tea with mint in it.

  10. I am drinking lemon and ginger tea every morning and I love it!

  11. I like to drink a cup of tea in the evenings.

  12. I drink my tea with no sweeteners and lemon! Usually in the morning and sometimes in the evening with my hubby:)
