  8. I do use a humidifier in the winter, especially in my children's rooms! The ones we have are quite a few years old, so I'm sure a new one would work much better and be more energy efficient

  9. I take probiotics which have really helped improve my general health. I do use a humidifier in my bedroom, and it helps with sinus congestion, and with the dry, sore throats I tend to have during the winter months.

  14. I try my best to stay well in the Winter by eating healthy, washing my hands, drinking plenty of water, getting plenty of sleep, and exercising regularly. I don't use a humidifier, but will give it a try in the near future.

  15. I try to get the family to wash their hands more often, use more sanitizing wipes to clean door knobs, handles and channel changers. It's hard to keeping your family from getting sick, but I do the best and hopefully winter passes and the family doesn't get to sick.

  16. I don't have a humidifier, hopefully I can get one. I try to stay warm when I'm out during the winter season and if I do get sick, I stay in and drink lots of fluids and sleep.

  17. We use a humidfier with the vicks oil added to it,
    Then we use antibac gel on our hands, when we are out in public. When at home, we wash our hands and use Lysole spray

  19. I have not used a humidifier much in the recent past. I always let the dryer vent into the house all winter. when I did a lot of clothes daily, that seemed to do the trick. But I do not have the large family now so it's a bit dry now. I eat right, stay fit, wash my hands a lot. Refuse to shake hands with people! LOL That keeps a lot of germs away

  20. I try to take vitamins to stay healthy during the winter. We sometimes have a humidifier going when it gets really dry outside.

  21. I take a multi vitamin and vitamin c, and if I feel like a cold is starting I start using Zinc loungers.

  22. I just took my flu shot today. Other than that, I use Purell frequently during the day. I do use a humidifier in my room because the oil heat is so dry I sometimes wake up with a bloody nose. I think I can breathe better at night with a humidifier on too.

  23. I don't have a humidifier. The most important thing I do to stay healthy in the winter is to wash my hands a lot more, especially after I have been out in public.

  24. We try to keep our hands clean by using sanitizer and thus eliminating germs. We do not have a humidfier. We also use chapstick for our lips.

  25. We keep up on our vitamins and eating well. My grandson need humidifier often during fall, he has seasonal allergies and asthma like symptoms only in fall and winter times.

  26. I am retired so I am in my living room most of the day. I do have a old humidifier that I use and I night I unplug it and carry in to the bedroom. I worry that this old thing will die, sure would love a new one.

  30. I stay bundled up, eat soup, and drink hot chocolate. My humidifier broke last year so I have not used one in awhile.

  33. We drink plenty of fluids, use a humidifier, wash our hands and keep our heads covered to keep the heat in since it gets so cold here. I also use lysol and bleach since the kids bring home some funky stuff from school.
