First, after hearing how many messages they've processed, close to 18 million in under 3 years, I was amazed I hadn't heard of them before. Second, they publish they're statistics online at https://crisistrends.org/. They've analyzed their statistics like crazy and you can see which day of the week different problems happen most often or the top three states for them, too. More importantly I think, though, are the keywords matched to the different problems. This allows them to provide better help by predictively identifying the problems more quickly, giving councilors question prompts to better help those in need more quickly.
