  3. I would love this for my nephew who I think sits and plays too many video games and this will definitely get him off the couch even on rainy days since he gets a lot of colds and has to stay in so much.

  8. I encourage them by keeping them active, sports, walks at the park and zoo, festivals, we play xbox kinnect games, We do lots of things together as a family to stay active. :)

  9. I encourage them by allowing them to explore the sports that interest them and make sure that we support them 100% in being a part of the sports program.

  11. I need to be better at it, but we do have a trampline we leave up year round, and I allow the littles to have their ride-ons in the house to ride on, and they chase the dogs and each other.

  12. I take my boy to the park and let him play and run around. We also do a lot of walking around the neighborhood. This is a learning adventure as well as a physical activity because we talk about the things we see on our walks.
