One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded during the Promotion, consisting of a trip for four (4) (winner and three (3) guests) to Toys"R"Us Times Square in New York City, NY. Prize package includes:

• Round-trip coach air transportation for winner and three (3) guests from a major airport, as determined by Sponsor; near the winner's home within the continental US to NYC
• Ground transportation provided to and from airport/hotel
• Hotel accomodations for three (3) days/two (2) nights in One (1) Double Occupancy Room
