Stubbs has developed many recipes in order to celebrate and highlight their sauces and rubs, the one that I love is the Sweet Heat Chicken! It has a wonderful sweet flavor and a little bit of heat to bring all of the savory goodness together! This sauce blends flavors of molasses, brown sugar, and chipotle to create a little heat and a little sweet. As with all of the Stubbs products, they use very high quality ingredients and are certified gluten-free, which is great. Everyone wants food from the grill to taste amazing and they want it to be easy, with Stubb's adding all of the flavor and seasonings you can have a fabulous chicken dish in no time!
SWEET HEAT GRILLED CHICKEN!
1 lb. chicken breasts
Stubb’s Bar-B-Q Rub
Stubb’s Moppin’ Sauce (optional)
Stubb’s Sweet Heat Bar-B-Q Sauce
Prepare grill for direct high-heat grilling (approximately 450°F).
In a large pan, rub chicken breasts liberally with
Stubb’s Bar-B-Q rub. Using an injector,
inject chicken breasts with Sweet Heat Bar-B-Q Sauce.
If desired, slather chicken with
Stubb’s Moppin’ Sauce.
Place chicken on grill over direct high-heat. Cook on each side for 7-10 minutes,
until an internal temperature of 165°F is reached. Remove from grill and let stand for five minutes. Slice the chicken at an angle
into thin strips before serving.
