ReplyDeleteI've cooked with clay bakers before when i lived in Germany. And as much as i wanna say the first thing I'm gonna make in it, is a whole chicken or a delicious roast, it would be a complete lie lol. The absolute first thing i would make is a loaf of white bread. It tastes so amazingly different in a clay baker, which makes me wonder why i haven't invested in one, in all these years. To be quite honest, i think i had totally forgotten about them!
