  1. Probably the most wasted is Dixie cups. My kids waste them constantly so I'm torn between using them or making them share a plastic cup and share germs. No, we don't compost yet.

  2. Our most waste is probably uneaten left overs that go bad. We don't compost but I have always wanted to.

  3. Plastic juice, milk and soda bottles. We consume a lot of those

  4. One of the things that I think are wasted is paper towels,I feel like it would be more cost effective and help the the environment if we use cloth napkins so we can wash and reuse,I don't compost yet but I've been seriously considering it.

  5. I truly waste very little. Probably what gets thrown out most is produce that goes bad before I use it, but I do compost that.

  6. I think we waste a lot of chicken. We always want to cook and eat it but never eat it all. I'm not sure if this is an item I could compost/

  7. We don't compost. I would say we waste fruit most often in our house. We just seem to forget about it, and it goes bad.

  9. I don't compost but I've been wanting to get started for awhile now! I hate that we just throw away all those coffee grounds ~ I know that they could be used in our garden.

  13. Leftovers that get lost in the fridge, no composting here though

  14. We don't have a compost bin. The most wasted food in our house is probably lettuce. I buy it intending to use it for something that I never make, or we'll buy it for tacos and only use a bit.

  15. I do not compost, but I think the most wasted thing in our house is the leftovers on your plate. I try to make sure we use what I buy at the grocery store and we try to always eat leftovers. However, when you fix a plate and have food leftover.. that just gets tossed.
