This is my first cookbook from Ms. Rappaport. Apparently, she's very prolific in the cookbook arena. It is important to point out that these are not the official recipes from Frank's, but the author's alternatives to them. I'm a big fan of the heat from Frank's RedHot sauce and I'm never sure what to do with it besides just add some after the cooking for flavoring, or just for dipping. Now I have more alternatives. If only the rest of the family liked things so hot.
