Ignite Your Senses Sponsor: Country Bob's Sauces & Seasonings Review

Country Bob's Sauces & Seasonings Review
This is a sponsor of the Ignite Your Senses event with the MOON group. I reviewed this last June and have been using it considerably more since. The Honey Habanero bottle is totally gone with the Original and Apple Chipotle well on its way.

We're again giving away 3 boxes of Country Bob's Sauces & Seasonings, this time as part of the Ignite Your Senses Giveaway. I received my box for this review in a giveaway win. There was no expectation of review when I received it, but with the original giveaway, it seemed like a good time to finally open up the gift box and do a review.
Enter the Country Bob’s National BBQ Month Giveaway. Ends 5/29.

Each Gift Box Contains:
1 Bottle of Original All Purpose Sauce
1 Bottle of Apple Chipotle All Purpose Sauce
1 Bottle of Honey Habanero All Purpose Sauce
1 Bottle of Barbecue Sauce
1 Container of Seasoning Salt

I won my gift box thanks to a giveaway associated with Holiday Contest and Sweeps. Host Bill seems to be constantly giving them away. It is a $20 package that contains a variety sample of four of their sauces and one seasoning salt. If you don't buy the sampler pack, you have to buy six bottles of one at a time.
The first bottle I tried is the honey habanero all purpose sauce. I just used it as a dipping sauce. I love a bit of kick in my sauce and I have to say this had a great bite in it. Not too much heat but definitely a great amount. The honey adds a bit of sweetness to the sauce, too, but the heat is what I liked most. My wife, who doesn't like hot spicy foods, wouldn't touch it. More for me. I can see myself enjoying this for a while.

While the sauces are shelf stable, I couldn't justify opening all the bottles. The other two all purpose sauces are an apple chipotle and general purpose sauce. The latter is like a steak sauce, but can be used on chicken or fries. They have a spicy hot all purpose sauce, but that wasn't part of the sampler box. The last sauce is a barbecue sauce. Can't wait to try it, but we haven't yet. That will probably be the next one we open, as everyone in the family should enjoy. The final item in the box is their seasoning salt. This has salt, paprika, and other spices.

If you're looking for a great gift for a barbecue fan, the sampler box won't disappoint. They offer up their recipes as a way to try out the goodies. Can't wait to try out the rest.
