Recoil Automatic Cord Winders Review
Have you had the chance to try out the FreeWay app to try to win various technology and fashion related products? One of the items they were giving away recently was one of these Recoil automatic cord winder products pictured above. No sooner did I enter the sweepstakes but I was also contacted by their PR agency to try out the product. Perfect timing.
Recoil Automatic Cord Winders Review
The Recoil automatic cord winder comes in three different sizes, small, medium, and large and in five different colors, white, black, green, red, and blue. As the name might infer, the product provides a means of recoiling your cords. Instead of your cords spread all over the place, they're a bit more organized, and pulled into each of the untangling stations.

To use the product, you place the cord around an internal hook that is spring loaded. Activate with a slight pull and the cord gets pulled inside. It is that simple. The biggest issue is what size Recoil unit should you get? Small is for earbuds. Medium is for earbuds with a microphone. Large is for a USB cable or even the power cord. Each of the three sizes goes for $9.99 each. A pack of three, one of each size, is only $27.99.

My wife is big into keeping things organized. I've wrapped wires to keep things hidden from her. Out of sight, out of mind. The Recoil is the perfect product that simplifies these situations, but on a smaller scale.

I didn't overly abuse the product. I'm interested to see how long it lasts. It feels really lightweight.

In the end, definitely something that will get a workout. I could use a few more large ones to help organize the situation.

Here's a quick little video that helps demonstrate how the product works.
