  27. My favorite fruit is strawberries. They are low glycemic for my diabetes. I helped friends who owned a u-pick-strawberry patch. There are so many varieties and flavors of strawberries. They had 6 varieties they planted. All were delicious and varied slightly in flavor.

  28. I love all kinds of berries: strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, boysenberries, and ALL are full of anti-oxidant properties. What a delicious smoothie (with banana for potassium) they would make! And for sorbet, my all time favorite is mango!!! And I love all types of melons too, and they are slso low calories and full of sweetness! As far as veggies, there isn't any that I don't like, but I do try to stay away from carrots, corn , and those that are high in sugar, such as they are. Green veggies, like brocolli, asparagus, green beans, and squash make great smoothies and fantastic quiches (And I am an excellent cook, and love to share! It makes me happy to see soemone enjoy what I've made!! :)
