  7. I'm still trying to work up to more intense exercise, so my favorite right now is walking. I don't currently keep track of my heart rate but I would like to.

  14. My favorite type of exercise is walking. I do not own a heart rate monitor, but I would love to win one. I have a leaky heart valve and suffer from a high resting heart rate so I would love to start tracking my heart rate during a more strenuous work out. I usually stick with walking because it is the safest activity for me.
