  3. My favorite meal to prepare is one that I know my family will all love! Some of our family favorites are homemade mac n cheese, beefy potato casserole, sausage & peppers over rice, and spicy ranch chicken.

  7. I recently found a recipe online from Emeril Lagasse called Twice Baked Potato Casserole. It's a new twist of the twice baked potato....though, it takes a while to prepare, the resolves are out-of-this-world.....the best I've ever tasted...

  10. The kids love beef stew with all the veggies and potatoes in it with braggs seasoning in it makes it gluten free for my son who has Celiac's.

  13. I love overcooked risotto. I like it soft. Risotto, chicken broth, fresh veggies like tomatoes, asparagus, zuccini. Whatever is fresh.

  15. Family Mac, it makes a lot of food and it's easy to make. (2 Boxes of Mac n Cheese(prepared), hamburger, onions, peppers and a can of Rotel)

  17. I love cooking, and cook a great meal every night. My husband's favorite dish I make is a lighly battered pan-fried chicken breast with a brown gravy served with rice. He loves it!!

  18. My favorite dish to make is Salisbury Steak as of lately. All you do is take 2 lbs of ground beef; add 3 tablespoons Worcestershire;1 tsp of Garlic Powder; dash of salt & pepper: mix it all up in bowl with hands. Make Patties and put them in 350 degree oven for about 30 min on foil-lined cookie sheet. Make a packet or 2 of Brown Gravy and I add a can of sliced mushrooms. (mashed potatoes and green peas on the side)

  20. I really love a slow cooked brisket with vegetables. Carrots, turnips, cabbage, onions, potatoes, Yukon, parsnips, sweet potatoes. I throw everything into the slow cooker and by evening its ready for dinner. Really good food!

  21. I love to prepare pork chops ( polish stile ). I make them with breadcrumbs on the skillet, very thin pork chops, then I plate them and put on the plate also musch potatos and sour cabbage. This is very good dish.

  22. I love to cook. My favorite dish would be Manicotti. Although we try to not have alot of pastas in our diet, this dish is gone quick.

  23. My favorite meals to prepare are Teriyaki Pork Strips with Stir Fry Vegetables served over rice...and...Un-breaded Sweet 'N Sour Chicken with Pineapple, Green and Red Peppers and Onions served over rice.
