Healthy Surprise is the fun and easy way to eat better! They believe the modern food system is broken, and there's just too much disinformation out there about what's really good for you. That's why they pick snacks with easy to understand ingredients. They choose snacks from companies they can believe in and want to support. And they pair the whole thing with a bunch of fun content, recipes and education. They believe that it's not enough to just buy healthier snacks, we also need to understand what's going on in our bodies and the important role food plays in our bodies and the healing process.
