Jump forward a few months and we have an antimicrobial scale. Is that feature something that is
necessary for a bathroom scale? Well, if you believe studies about fecal matter traveling to toothbrushes, perhaps it should be a big issue. Supposedly, on an unprotected bathroom scale surface, bacteria can double in number every twenty minutes with frequent skin contact and exposure to moisture. Maybe it is an issue. But in a general sense, with how
many people do you share your bathroom scale?
The big selling feature of the scale is its antimicrobial-ness. But, that isn't the only thing that makes it a good scale. It has a huge LCD for displaying your weight. If you're trying to hide it from someone nearby, this is not the scale for you. It displays weight in pounds, kilograms, and even stones. And it displays it big.
The scale doesn't require you to tap on and will report your weight in 2/10th of a pound increments. I originally questioned its accuracy as it came in 5 pounds over my regular scale, but after adjusting it on the floor it came in with the same weight.
Overall, I like the scale. I like the antimicrobial coating that has a lifetime guarantee. I like the big display. At a list price of $50 and available under $30, the price isn't bad either. If you're in the market for a scale, definitely worth considering if you like the brown base.
I received one or more of the products mentioned above for free using Tomoson.com. Regardless, I only recommend products or services I use personally and believe will be good for my readers.

I love that fact that it has an antimicrobial finish that has a lifetime guarantee.
