Father's Day Event Giveaway

We have another Father's Day-themed giveaway starting out here with three great prizes totally $1,098. One of the prizes is a metal detector. I've never tried out using one myself but I've watched a couple of TV shows with that theme (i.e., American Diggers). I just don't get the thrill of the hunt there. You have until June 10th to enter to win. You won't get the prizes until after Father's Day, but you'll at least learn about the win before the big day.
(**Sponsored**)
Welcome to the Father's Day Celebration event! It's time to honor all those hardworking Dad's out there, and to help you out, we are giving away some great prizes, geared towards Dads! This event is hosted by Dixieland Mom Product & Travel Reviews and co-hosted by Tiny Tidbits of a NC Diva, Ottawa Mommy Club and What's Up-Reviews & Giveaways.

Prize # 1- Wilson Profile HL Men's Golf Clubs ARV-$299.99
The Profile Package Set is the only "Custom fit in a box" system like it in the world. Featuring 9 options - with lengths, lofts, flexes, bags and grip sizes to more perfectly fit beginner golfers and their unique physical characteristics. Options for men include right hand, left hand and right hand tall.

This watch is water resistant and features the Kinetic Direct Drive, simply move and the watch is powered automatically.

Prize #3-Detector Pro Headhunter Pirate Pro Metal Detector ARV-$395.00
I love playing with a metal detector! You find the most interesting things!! I just had a cheapy one I bought years ago, but it still worked good last time I used it. This one is waterproof, works in salt and fresh water (for those that love metal detecting at the beach, it's amazing what they are able to find in the sand!), and works on land as well.

  4. My dad took car of us when our mom got a new boyfriend when we were about 8 all the way till we turned 20. It wasn't perfect but for a single dad to raise two boys for 12 years is a huge responsible and he did a great job. I'll always love him for that.

  5. My own father raised me and my 2 brothers while working from sun up to sun down everyday. He sacrificed his health to provide for us.

My boyfriend is soon to be a father, our daughter is due July 7th, and he is already doing similar to what my own father did for us.

My boyfriend's father raised 4 sons while working 12+ hour shifts and even on call most times in order to provide for his family. He only recently retired at the age of 70.

All 3 fathers mean the world to me considering we live in a world where many fathers act as if they cannot be bothered when it comes to their own children/families.

  6. I've been blessed with 2 fathers, a grandfather that's still living, and the father that has made my life the most special is my husband, and father 2 our 4 children. He is the rock that our family stands on and we'd be lost without him.

  7. My father is special because he adopted me when he married my mother when I was 4 years old, despite already having 3 children of his own. He has never treated me any differently than his own children. Now that I have my own children, he is even a more loving grandfather. I couldn't have asked more.

However, my uncle was a fabulous father figure, always there, always with something to teach, always with a smile, always ready to listen to a silly little girl.
