  11. My favorite Holiday meal to prepare is Christmas! We never eat breakfast in this house, so on Christmas I make a big breakfast for all of us. Dinner is my all time favorite on Christmas. I make things that we normally don't eat throughout the year. I love the candied Yams, The Green Bean Casserole, and of course my famous ham! I use mustard, brown sugar and Sprite or 7-up to put over my ham after I slice the top with several cuts. The taste is wonderful and the ham soaks up all the goodies on the top and gets browned on the inside! Everyone loves it! I also love making a homemade dessert as well. I generally make an apple & pumpkin pie with the crumbs on the top of the apple pie! Then top it off with cool whip or Vanilla Ice cream! YUMMY!!!! Christmas is my day to shine in the kitchen and I LOVE IT!!!! Thanks, Michele :)
